He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Ellison and Clarence "Tut" Ellison; his nephew Greg Patterson; and his brother Ralph (Bobbie Mabry). He is survived by: his wife Ethel Elizabeth Mabry; his daughters, Jennifer Bossen (Andrew Bossen) of Sherman Texas and Stephanie Poage (Collin Poage) of Austin Texas; his grandchildren, Avery Poage, Drew Bossen, Julia Poage, Bella Bossen and Michael "Mick" Poage; and his sister Carole Patterson of Allen Texas.
The family requests memorials be given to Austin Baptist Church or to plant a tree in his honor somewhere you enjoy spending time outdoors.
