It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Frederick Stelling of Austin, Texas, who passed away on January 17, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Stelling and Frieda Stelling; his brother Charles Stelling; and his sister-in-law Charlotte Stelling. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Katie" Stelling; his sons, Joel Stelling (Christina), André Stelling (Heather) and Cory Stelling; his grandchildren, Austin Stelling (Maddison), Joshua Stelling, Brandon Stelling (Sydney), Ami Stelling, Olivia Stelling, Katie Stelling and Davis Stelling; his great grandchild Haven Stelling; and his sister Gretchen Stelling Bradley.
