He is survived by: his parents, Walter Smith and Cynthia Smith of Bella Vista, AR; his uncle Randy; his siblings, Candice Prettyman (William) of Farmington, AR and Spencer Smith of Bella Vista, AR; and his grandmother Mary Henry of Rogers, AR. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
