He is survived by: his parents, Julie Powell and John Powell; his brothers, Jackson, Joshua and PJ; his grandmothers, Marilou Powell and Sherel Knesel; his uncle Marc Powell (Karen); his cousins, Daniel Powell (Carrie) and Katie Sears (Cody); his aunt Marcia Powell; his cousin Missy Cook (Russ); and his aunt Joy Fries (Ron).

Why am I still living at age 68 when your precious son, Jordan, was called to our eternal home at such a young, vibrant age? It is an unanswerable question that I will continue to leave at the foot of the Cross each September 5th. I pray for God's grace to carry each of you in His arms moment by moment until reunited once again.”
