Joyce Brown touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Brown, Jr. and Mattie Verna Ross Brown; her siblings, William Brown and Nancy Pelton; and her sister-in-law Jean Stewart.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Stewart and Courtney Ortiz; her son-in-law Martin Ortiz; her grandchildren, Jake Ryan, Sydney Ryan and Kiley Ortiz; and her great grandchild Ainsley Ryan. She is also survived by cousins and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Endowment Fund at Tarrytown United Methodist Church in her honor.
