It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Mercedes Johnson of Austin, Texas, who passed away on May 1, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vicente Steele and Corina Steele. She is survived by: her husband Donald Johnson; her children, Marcos Johnson (Chris), Natasha Fair (Marques) and Nikki Boone (Chad); her grandchildren, Sierra, Monique, Alex, Samara, MJ, Hannah, Tariq, Nayeli, Elijah, Micah, Lydia, Elias and Eliana; and her siblings, Vicente "Pito" Steele (Juana), Delano Steele (Nelva) and Lerna Fleurissant. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Autoimmune Encephalitis Alliance in memory of Judith's generous and faithful spirit.
