She was predeceased by: her father John Curtis; and her mother-in-law Sharon Woodring. She is survived by: her significant other Steve Woodring; her mother Judy Curtis; her sister Kris Falkenburg; her nephew Curtis Falkenburg; her niece Allie Falkenburg; her father-in-law Wayne Woodring; and her sister-in-law Kimberly Woodring.

The family requests, in lieu of flowers, for donations to be made to Kinder Children's Cancer Center at MD Anderson in Kim's name.
