He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Williams and Luzella Williams (Gutscher); his grandparents, Walter, Olive Gutscher and Ellen Williams; his brother Terry; and his nephew Joel Hobbs.
He is survived by: his siblings, Darcy Williams (Cheryl) of El Dorado and Rita Hobbs (Dan Jr.) of Beloit. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
