He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Castillo and Ascension M Castillo; his siblings, Antonio Castillo Jr., Manuel Castillo, Joe Castillo, Mary Montez, Lucy Gutierrez and Helen Castillo; and his sons, Rufus Castillo, Tony Castillo and Joseph Castillo.
He is survived by: his wife Carmen M Castillo; his brother Pete Castillo; and his children, Lee Castillo Jr. (Mary Alice), Jimmy Castillo, Dorothy Castillo, Gilbert Castillo, Tina Hernandez (Thomas), Mary Davis, Carol Castillo, Karen Castillo and Elizabeth Ramirez (Felix). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great- great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Assumption Cemetery (3650 S I-35 Frontage Rd, Austin, TX 78704).
