It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonardo Joseph Cadena (Austin, Texas), born in Las Cruces, New Mexico, who passed away on January 30, 2026, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martina Cadena and Domingo Cadena. He is survived by: his siblings, Olivia Gomez, Rey Cadena and Priscilla Martinez; his wife Luz Cadena; his children, Cherie Cadena Hodson (David), Marissa Johnson (David) and Joseph Cadena; his grandchildren, Sofia, Adley, Ezri, Benjamin and Samuel; and his friends, Jerry, Sandy Hodge, Keith, Maureen Carter, Machell Lewis, Tamara, Kathie, Levi Randolph, Jim, Karen Icenhower and Carly.
