She is survived by: her siblings, William Arnold Lipps, Cheryl Lipps Penn, Eugene Henry Lipps, James Charles Lipps and Jonathan David Lipps; her uncle Delbert Arnold Lipps; and her aunt Margaret Marie Lipps (Crutchfield). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
