He is survived by: his wife Gerre; his daughters, Elizabeth Smith, Erin Boardman and Janice Kearley (Stephen); and his granddaughters, Catherine Campbell, Laura Smith, Emma Boardman-Larson, Chloe Larson and Ruth Kearley.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home and Memorial Park (6300 W William Cannon Dr, Austin, TX 78749). A reception will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home (6300 W William Cannon Dr, Austin, TX 78749).
