He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcelino E. Weiss and Elvira Weiss (Herrero); and his grandson Matthew Pettinato. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Weiss (Cullen); his children, Lisa (Weiss), Chris Pettinato, Marc and Heather Weiss (Richmond); his granddaughter Sarah Pettinato; and his siblings, Bibi (Weiss), Jorge, Manny, Karen Weiss (Kania) and Dottie Weiss (Wood). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (9500 Neenah Ave, Austin, TX 78717). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
