She was predeceased by: her son Robb; her parents, Katie Emmite and Joseph Genitempo Sr.; and her stepgrandson Jake Ehlinger. She is survived by: her husband Stuart C. Van Eman; her son Currin J. Van Eman; her grandsons, Houston, Brooks and Knox; her brothers, Donald Genitempo and Joseph Genitempo Jr.; her daughters-in-law, Jena and Teal; her stepgrandchildren, Sam (Cami Jo) and Morgen Ehlinger; and her cousins, Dianne Boyd and Susan Bowman.
