He is survived by: his children, Martin Maldonado (Jackie Maldonado), Monica and Melanie Maldonado; his grandchildren, Isiah Samilpa, Natalie Maldonado, Mariah Maldonado, Laila Alvarado, Reese Alvarado and Marc Anthony Lara-Govea; his aunts, Fannie B Estrada and Manuela Barron; and his siblings, Joe Maldonado Jr., Andrew Maldonado, Raymond Maldonado, Edward Maldonado, Sylvia B Maldonado (Salvador) and Eva Maria Maldonado.
