He was predeceased by: his brother Mark Mellor; and his grandfather Timothy Mellor. He is survived by: his parents, Jerri Andrew and Tony Mellor (Marci Brown); his daughters, Maci and Sawyer Mellor; his sister Toni Popovich (John); his nieces, Josephine and Isabelle; his grandparents, Karen, John Andrew, Kathy Merrill and Kitty Ross; his great-grandparent Theresa Andrew; and his aunt Tammy Swick.
