He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Wylie Dawkins and Grace Scoggins Dawkins. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ehrhardt Dawkins; his children, Claire Dennistoun (Chris), Matthew Dawkins, Stephen Dawkins (Danika) and Katie Bremer (Jacob); his grandson Callum Dennistoun; and his sister Mary Garwood (Duke).
