He is survived by: his wife Bettie Gossett Lemons; his children, Nicole Peckham (Rebecca Tulbah), Chris Lemons (Mitch Lemons) and Frank Lemons (Mandy Lemons Nikides); his grandchildren, Haley Duvall (Jason Duvall), Melanie Duvall (Bradley Colvin), Braden Tulbah (Canaan Tulbah), Cade Richardson (Conor Lemons) and Genevieve Lemons David Lemons (Eric Lemons); and his great grandchildren, Blair Duvall, Lorelai Duvall and Olivia Colvin.
He served on the Salvation Army board (treasurer for three years), American Red Cross board, and American Heart Association board.
