He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Michael Sr. Noe and Gerda Hecker Noe; his wife Emily Reodica Rollins; his children, Landry, Lauren, Parker and Madison Noe; his stepchildren, Nathan, Joshua, Kirstin and David Rollins; his sisters, Monica Lawson and Heidi Canion; and his brother-in-law Bobby Lawson. He was also cherished by ten nephews, nieces, and their spouses, and five grand nephews and nieces.
