He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Irwin Ewing and Colleen Ewing (Shannon). He is survived by: his sister Anne Cole (Chris) of Shaker Heights; and his nieces, Roxy and Meg.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to two organizations that support causes that were dear to Mike: the 4TX Foundation, a group affiliated with Austin FC that uses the power of soccer to help the local Austin community thrive; or Good Work Austin, an organization that partners with food workers and many of Mike's favorite local businesses to shape an industry where employees are valued.
