He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie and Moore Sr.; and his daughter Belinda Moore. He is survived by: his wife Diane Osborn Moore; his son Bradley Osborn (Stephanie); his sister Mariann Jones (Dave); and his grandchildren, Mark Theriaque, Maci Osborn, Luke Osborn and Addie Osborn. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
