She is survived by: her husband Shawn; her children, Amber and Jeremy; her parents, David Hoxsey and Marsha Hoxsey; her siblings, Amanda, Pam, Phillip and Kenneth; and her friend Brandy Hughes. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
