“I'm so very saddened by your loss, our loss. Mrs. D was an angel. She fed me, took me in when I needed a place to go. She made me feel loved. There are so many wonderful memories of kind gestures she bestowed me with, so many. Sandra, thank you for sharing your mother with me and know that I have never, ever forgotten her and all the love and protection she showed me. I have shared many stories with my family and my kids about the things Mrs. D did for me and I have tried, when given the chance, to do the same for some other scared, insecure soul; such as I was. I cannot say enough. Sandra, Linda, Larry, Mr. D and, all the grand kids and other extended family members, please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you. I will never forget Mrs. D and will try to do right by her kindness to me. God Bless.”
