He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Evagene Walker and Grant Oldham; his sisters, Larene and MelloDee Oldham; and his son Troy D. Millward.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara M. Rhea Oldham; his brother Lloyd Paul Oldham; and his children, Rachelle Oldham Boyer, Christine Oldham Stout, David N. Oldham and Kristen McKim. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
