He was predeceased by: his daughter Santos Cadena Ramos; his parents, Juan Cadena and Santos Cadena; his siblings, Juan Cadena, Domingo Cadena, Johnny Joe Cadena, Moses Cadena, Elvira Trujillo, Anita Cadena Barron and Caroline Cadena; and his in-laws, Mary Cadena, Janie Cadena, Juan Gonzales and Adam Urena.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Cadena; his children, Paul Cadena (Angie), John Richard Cadena, Angel Cadena (Valerie) and Irene Cadena-Lopez (Angel); his siblings, Raymond Cadena (Cordelia), Jimmy Cadena (Lupita), Robert Cadena, Mary Davila (Tony), Patsy Gonzalez and Esther Urena; and his in-laws, Lydia Cadena and Cirilo Ramos. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.
