He is survived by: his children, Leona Marie Witt-Manning (Steve), Lydia Gayle Fowler, Patricia Carol Freeland (Ron), Joe Felix Fowler (Sandy) and James Scott Fowler (Elaine); and his grandchildren, Amanda, Lizzy, Abby, Jenny, Daniel, John, Nathan, Misty, Billy, Casey, Tina, Joe Jr., Jessica, Candice, Matthew and Lauren. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great grandchildren, and great, great grandchildren.
