He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Low (Marjorie C. Low) and Marjorie Low; and his brother David Christopher Low. He is survived by: his niece Annika Low; his sister Anne Brigham (Bud); and his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, Conner, Mary Anne, Amanda and Cole.
