He was predeceased by: his father Phaow Boonthumma; his brother Gabriel "Junior" Salazar; his grandparents, Sujit, Boonmee Boonthumma, Bicente, Isidora Salazar, Jobe and Boonna Jitboon; and his uncles, Jumnard, Jumnong, Jate and Phisate Jitboon.

He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Marie Boonthumma; his wife Somcharee Mewon; his stepchildren, Jennifer Gonzales, Ahlee Mewon (Amy Mewon) and Tony Walker; his mother Dwangjai Salazar; and his siblings, Preeda "Meu" Parker (Al), Michael "Tiger" Salazar (Jennifer Salazar) and Elizabeth "Marie" Salazar (Ron Garrett). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts.
