He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolfo M. Sosa and Dolores G. Sosa; his son Raul, Jr.; and his siblings, David, Paul, Charles, Ray and Dolores.
He is survived by: his wife Tracy K. Sosa; his children, Cynthia (Antonio), Ruben (Carleen), David and Maria; his godchildren, Lora and Wyatt; and his siblings, Samuel, Adolfo, Mark, Noel and Susanna. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
