He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Ward of Austin, Texas; his children, Raymond Ward, Jr. of Austin, Texas, Sheri Howard of Austin, Texas, Terri Flemmings of Austin, Texas and Reggie Ray Ward of Austin, Texas; his stepchildren, Tamika Estes, Desmond Steen of Austin Texas and Owen Steen (Whitney) of Houston Texas; and his brothers, L. B. Ward, Jr., Shackie Ward, Eddie Ward and John Ward. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and dear friends.
