He was predeceased by: his father Juan Garcia; and his siblings, Ermalinda Garcia, Refugio Garcia and Joe Luis Garcia. He is survived by: his mother Mary E. Garcia; his daughter Jessica Benavidez (Luis); his wife Ruth Garcia; his grandchildren, Jasmine Benavidez, Desaray Benavidez and Aleya Benavidez; his great grandchild Jayanna Crathers; and his siblings, Mary Helen Segura and Victor Garcia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.
