He was predeceased by: his parents, John Clyde Eubank and Marie "Mame" Bowles Eubank; and his wife Ann Whisenhunt Eubank. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Alyn, Teri Eubank (Gina Butcher), Rick Eubank and Jennifer Eubank; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Shahan, William Alyn, Trey Eubank and Jill Eubank; and his sister Pat Holland.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 23rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Manchaca United Methodist Church (1011 Farm to Market 1626, Manchaca, TX 78652). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 24th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ft. Sam Houston Cemetery (1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209).

Rocky was actively involved in the Longhorn Foundation and served as President of the Onion Creek Homeowners Association and supported the Women's Golf Association of Onion Creek Golf Course.
