He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith; his son David Smith; his daughter-in-law Stacy Smith; his granddaughter Reilly Saucedo; his daughter Lisa Simek; his son-in-law Gabe Reyes; his grandchildren, Reese, Will Simek and Gabby Reyes; and his sisters, Karen Duncan and Valerie Fine Thompson.
