He is survived by: his mother Kay Carter; his daughters, Sarah Elizabeth Carter (Kevin) and Rebekah Anne Carter (Gregory); his wife Kate Denefe; his grandchildren, Charlotte, Gideon, Adalynn, Emory and Clark; his brother Billy Carter; his stepsons, Ian Denefe (Alyssa) and Noah Denefe (Pond); and his grandson Danny.
In lieu of gifts or flowers, contributions to the national Kidney Foundation (who greatly helped Bobby during kidney failure) or to the National Park Foundation (where he loved traveling over the years) would be greatly appreciated.
