He was predeceased by: his parents, Pascual Hernandez and Mary Nandin Hernandez; and his brother Pascual Hernandez Jr.. He is survived by: his sister Rachel H. Cortez (Fernando Cortez); and his children, Robert G. Hernandez Jr. (Jay Hernandez), Richard G. Hernandez (Kelly Hernandez), Renee G. Hernandez Lockwood and Rhonda G. Hernandez. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
