He was predeceased by: his parents, Margie Keating (Hawkins) and Lindale Keating. He is survived by: his girlfriend Janis Gangl; and his children, Tephanie Brees (Bill) and Joey Gangl.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (409 Main St, Thrall, TX 76578). A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Austin Memorial Park Cemetery (2800 Hancock Dr, Austin, TX 78731).
