He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norman Payton and Hallie Winona Payton (White); his children, Keith Payton, Sheri Hickman and Kelly Payton; his son-in-law Jack Hickman; his grandchildren, Justin, Tyler, Lexi, Garrett, Sydney, Logan, Brady and Wyatt; and his brother Dickie Payton (Dolores). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
