He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Terbay and Julia Terbay (Bashara); his wife Cathy; and his siblings, Edward, Cecil, Alvin and Nellie.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Terbay (Michelle) and Michelle Mason (Kent); and his grandchildren, Makayla Mason, Robert J. Terbay and Ava Terbay. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in his honor to the St. Jude Foundation and Shriners Children's Hospital.
