It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta L. Duarte of Austin, Texas, who passed away on May 29, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Roberta L. Duarte to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Spenard and Helen Spenard (Neil); and her brother Jean Spenard. She is survived by: her husband Raymond E. Duarte; her children, Diane L. Young of Smithfield, Bryan E. Duarte of Smithfield and Karen D. Rutz (Darin) of Blackstone, MA.; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Maple Young and Grace Rutz; her great grandchildren, Gabrielle, Hannah and Bennett; and her sister Kathleen Baptista. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home (2 Church St, Greenville, RI 02828). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
