He is survived by: his wife Sherry Phillips; his children, Ryan Phillips (Katie) of Magnolia and Shannon Smith (Dustin) of Johnson City; his grandchildren, Shane, Shelby Phillips, Truett and Travis Smith; his brother Jimmy Phillips (Carolyn); his sister-in-law Barbara Harrison Condon; and his sibling's children, James, Matt, David Phillips, Jennifer Phillips and Kristi Dockum. He is also survived by extended family and lifelong friends.
