She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Pfeil and Viola Pfeil (Prinz); her husband Walter Schoen; her sister Ida Mae Anderson; her children, Carol Lawrence and Robert Schoen; and her sons-in-law, John Dunn and Ronnie Lawrence.

She is survived by: her children, Judy Dunn, Beverly Lawrence and Bryan Schoen; her son-in-law Allan Lawrence; her siblings, Doris Reinhardt, Gloria Kuempel and Stanley Pfeil (Judy); her sisters-in-law, Becky Schoen and Dorothy Daniels; and her grandchildren, Shawn Lehne (Brian), Alanna Lawrence, Buddy Lawrence (Jessica), Ronald Lawrence, Robert Lawrence, Randy Lawrence (Patty), Robyn Noble (Sam) and Robert Schoen (Julie). She is also survived by twenty-three great-grandchildren, ten great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
