He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Robert G. Mogull and Susan L. Mogull. He is survived by: his sister Robin (Jason Levingston); his nieces and nephews, Alisa and Ashley; his brother Michael; his nibling Ari (Sam); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Yael and Miriam.
