She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Jorgensen and Evelyn Jorgensen (Nelson); her husband Jack; and her siblings, Alleen "Tootie" Finnegan, Donald, Wallace, Roger Wayne and Franklin Delano.
She is survived by: her daughter Lynn (Kris Foster) of Austin, TX; her brother Richard of Plainfield, IL; her granddaughter Skyler Marie of Decatur, IL; Barb Gacic (Tom). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Shirley Ann Carpenter (née Jorgensen), 93, passed peacefully after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease on Monday, January 9, 2023, at her nursing home in Round Rock, TX.
