He was predeceased by: his parents, Hal Hicks Holland and Carol Jean Roper Holland. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Myers Holland; his daughters, Carrie Holland Devine (Joe Devine) and Carly Holland Shepherd (Trent Shepherd); his grandchildren, Holland Devine, Jack Devine, Hudson Devine, Charley Devine, Gray Shepherd and Ty Shepherd; and his brother Mark Holland (Julie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Helping Hands Crisis Ministries of Spicewood, Hospice Austin's Christopher House, or MD Anderson Medical Center.
