She was predeceased by: her husband Bruce Lee Thorne; her parents, L. B. Welch and Gladys Mae Welch (Vickers); and her sister Vera Jean Farmer. She is survived by: her children, Lawrence Thorne and Jennifer Amann; her grandchildren, Logan Thorne and Rue Amann; and her brother Bill Welch of New Braunfels. She is also survived by brother, nieces and nephews.
