With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan Gay Morrison in Austin, Texas, who passed away on July 11, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Susan leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleanor Morrison and Major Herbert Morrison; and her brother Richard. She is survived by: her husband John; her sister Nancy Carefoot (George) of Fort Worth, TX; her stepchildren, Jillian of Austin, TX and Spencer (Mackenzie) of Orlando, FL; her nephew Michael Morrison of Seattle, WA; her niece Kelly Morrison of Portland, OR; and her friend Susan.
