He was predeceased by: his wife Freddie Louise Mullikin; and his grandson Dustin Mullikin. He is survived by: his children, Tommy O. Mullikin Jr. (Tamara), Elizabeth Mullikin Ciha and Valerie Shastid (Lee). He is also survived by his eight grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
