He is survived by: his son Travis J. Phillips; his brother Tim Phillips (Joy); his sisters-in-law, Mary Bialaszewski, Helen Baylor and Henrietta Adee; and his sibling's children, Jason Bailaszewski, Matthew Bialaszewski, Michael Bialaszewski, Jeffrey Daily, Kelly Faulkner, Sherri Flynn, Mycha Ferguson, Robert Lane, Elizabeth Phillips, Christopher Phillips and Jennifer Tello.
While flowers are beautiful and appreciated, Travis asked prior to his passing that you do a random act of kindness for a stranger or donate in his name to the charity of your choice.
