She was predeceased by: her parents, Leandrew Cook and Margie Cook; her husband Willard Duncan; her siblings, Leandrew Cook of Earl Cook, J. C, T. J. Cook, Daniel Cook, Georgia Veal, Catherine Bell and Ethel Kent; and her children, Gerald Duncan, Regina Duncan, Linda Duncan and Brenda Duncan.

She is survived by: her brothers, Herman Cook (Lillie) and Donnell Cook (Evelyn); and her children, Charles Duncan (Wilma), David Duncan (Felisa), Darrell Duncan (Hillary), Derrick Duncan, Kay Howard (Craig), Kathie Tucker (Wade), Vickie Hairston, Cynthia Duncan, Angela Carter and Lisa Duncan. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
