She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry James Sr. and Willia Scott; her brother Henry James Jr.; and her grandsons, Xavier Hill and Cordell Neal.
She is survived by: her children, Rosland Neal and Chuckiey Bell (Jennifer); her stepchildren, Vernon Bell and Chaundra Bell; her sisters, Lee Henry, Mary Odom, Lillian White and Annie Owens; her grandchildren, L'Ronica Hill and Robert J; and her great grandchildren, Jah'Dae, Robert T., Amethyst, Miheyliha (Mia), Apricity and Azalea.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the David Chapel Missionary Baptist Church (2211 E Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Austin, TX 78702). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (3300 E 12th St, Austin, TX 78721).
